Opened in 1991 along a private strip of Mediterranean coastline, Sunlitgulfmanor was built for travellers who weigh worth by how a place makes them feel, not by what it puts on show. We began with six rooms, a kitchen, and a modest bar. Today we hold 60 keys, two restaurants and two private gaming salons, yet that first kitchen still plates dinner each evening.
From the casino floors to the spa terraces, every space and every ritual is shaped by people who have devoted their careers to hospitality. Our head sommelier has stood with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan here; it is the whole idea.
We carry a five-star rating from every guide that counts, but the praise we guard most closely is the one that never hangs on a wall: more than 60 percent of our bookings each year come from guests who have already stayed with us. That is the only figure we track.
